Fifteen years of not using chemicals has resulted in truffles growing just below the ground surface in both my greenhouse and cold frames.
Edible FUN GUYS now total 7 in half an acre of garden.

Oyster Fungi

Check for edibility and growth of fungi that will appear spontaneously in a garden that is not too tidy. Oyster fungi come with a rise in temperature & humidity after a cold spell on any dead wood you may have. Prepared to be surprised.
